Master Resell Rights (MRR) A Master Resell Rights license is a license that gives you permission to pass on resell rights to your customers. In some cases, it also allows you to pass on the master resell rights to your customers. Resell Rights (RR) Resell rights mean that the particular item can be re-sold to any number of customers.
